Cycle and soak on clay, not one 40-minute run
Most clocks we open in Tarrytown still have the builder's default days. Shade lots need shorter, more frequent runs. Clay needs cycle-and-soak, not one long soak that sheets off.
This is a weekly call. Bring the suburb, the street, and what you see: dry strip, geyser, humming box, blank clock. We work Hunter, Rain Bird, Toro, and Irritrol parts that match what is already in the ground.

On the visit we run every station, not just the one you noticed. A second dry corner is cheaper to catch while the truck is already in the driveway.
Price comes before we cut pipe. If the repair is a nozzle, it stays a nozzle. If the lateral is split under a pine, we say so and show you the wet soil.
